You may have unzipped the installer with a non-standard unzipping utility. Please try the following:
- Right-click on your downloaded installer (SoftChalk9-Mac.zip) (if you have a one-button mouse, hold down the control key and click). (Typically, this installer is either on your desktop or in your Downloads folder.)
- Choose Open With and choose Archive Utility app. (That creates the SoftChalk9.app). Double-click on this icon to start SoftChalk.
