Once you are logged in, at the top right corner of your screen, click the Subscribe link. Enter your activation key. Click the Upgrade button at the bottom.

14 day trial account, then click on the Join Now button on the center of the page to create an account. Paste the activation key in the key field, fill out the rest of the account form and click Join button at the bottom.
